Recognized as an agricultural land specialist, Sean has facilitated numerous North Shore transactions, transforming land into organic farms, ranches, and family properties. He was part of the 2023 sale of the 2,800-acre Dillingham Ranch and previously led Kaukonahua Ho‘ola LLC, overseeing sales of over 2,600 acres.

 

Sean’s expertise extends to marketing and selling premier beachfront properties on Oahu’s North Shore and Kahala Avenue, where he played a pivotal role in high-profile transactions. His deep Hawaiian roots trace back to his grandfather’s work at Pearl Harbor in the 1930s. Sean earned a degree in International Relations from Chaminade University and has been a North Shore resident for over 34 years.

 

Active in the community, Sean has chaired the North Shore Regional Board of Realtors Group and supports organizations like the Kokua Foundation and the North Shore Community Land Trust.   A former professional longboard surfer, he enjoys golfing, dirt biking, and surfing, embodying a lifestyle deeply connected to Hawaii.
